Once we have a thorough understanding of our clients real estate criteria and needs, we provide full service representation beginning with market research, and continuing with market and project tours, site identification and selection, economic evaluation, and negotiation of letters of intent, proposals, and lease/sales contracts.

  

While our clients are investing their valuable time on what they do best, we cover all of the bases.  Communication with our clients is a key priority and essential during every step of the process in order to deliver information quickly and accurately, to overcome hurdles, and to move the transaction along in the most efficient way.

ELIZE  PRUSKE, CCIM

Elize Pruske, CCIM is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with over 30 years' experience working on all product types. Elize’s enthusiasm and passion for commercial real estate is evident in her consistent performance as a top producer. With a proven track record of value creation and achieving client objectives for developers, institutional owners, as well as entrepreneurial owners of commercial real estate, Elize has repeatedly positioned assets to sell at the top of the market with unconventional thinking, proactive solutions and a focus on results.

Elize understands how to represent the best interest of clients while also fairly working with customers to meet their specific needs. Over the course of her career, she has worked with hundreds of businesses and a wide spectrum of business types, from small to mid-sized businesses and practices, local and regional firms, corporate office facilities, medical institutions, to Fortune 500 companies. 

Committed to the commercial real estate industry, Elize has earned the confidence and respect of her clients and business colleagues alike. In 2006, she was the honored recipient of the Eva Rosow Award of Excellence which recognizes a CREW-San Antonio member serving as a model of excellence to the CREW membership and commercial real estate community. Elize embodies the values and integrity of a true professional and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker's license, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute and BBA in Management with a concentration in marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

SISSY DANIELS

Elizabeth (Sissy) Daniels was born and raised in San Antonio and has resided in Boerne for the past 38 years.  She has held her Texas real state license since 1984 and has many years’ experience in the commercial real estate market, including sales, leasing and property management. 

Formerly associated with Rohde Realty – Rohde/Weissgarber – and Land Analytics, she recently joined EP Commercial Real Estate as a commercial agent with a focus on leasing and sales.  

In addition to her real estate experience, Sissy is a partner in S. E. Daniels Construction, LLC., a Commercial and Residential General Contractor that specializes in constructing commercial properties including office buildings and retail strip centers, as well as high-end custom homes in the Hill Country and San Antonio areas. Sissy also provides Property Management services to individual private investors.

Sissy is a member of SABOR, Safari Club International, Coastal Conservation Association, 100 Women of the Hill Country and a member of Currey Creek Church in Boerne.  In her spare time, she enjoys fishing and hunting with her husband, being with family and friends and just relaxing in the Texas Hill Country.

Elize Pruske, CCIM has resided in Boerne since the late 1980's.  Over the course of her commercial real estate career she has commuted primarily to San Antonio, as well as other Texas markets and across state lines to work on various commercial real estate projects.

 

Through the years, there was always a vision and dream of what full time real estate work would be like in Boerne as limited opportunities arose from time to time. 

Past local projects have included:  

+  Boerne Square Shopping Center (the current HEB and retail center site), 

marketing and leasing for client, First American Bank, Bryan, Texas 

+ Methodist Boerne Medical Center,

development, marketing and leasing strategies for

Methodist Healthcare System, San Antonio, Texas

 

When the right opportunity to provide top rate commercial real estate services to the growing community of Boerne presented itself,

Elize formed EP Commercial Real Estate, LLC in May 2019.

 
Elize is delighted to have the ability to carry out a longtime desire to truly enjoy and serve the community in which she lives, and looks forward to contributing to the community in a meaningful and impactful way.  She immensely enjoys the quality of life and unique small town values that Boerne offers and is privileged and honored to serve Boerne, Kendall County, the surrounding hill country area, and San Antonio clientele.
